How to add Individual User Profiles on Amazon Prime Video

 Amazon Prime Video is currently integrating a function into its system to deliver an exceptional experience to all of its users. This is a fantastic tool with an important function that allows users to personalize their viewing record and watchlist of preferred titles.

With the Individual User Profile add-on, customizing our watchlist recommendation will now be easier.  And, to give you a better understanding of the new feature, we will walk you through its functions, define each user profile, and show you how to add the feature to the Amazon Prime Video app.

HOW TO ADD AND MANAGE INDIVIDUAL USER PROFILES ON AMAZON PRIME VIDEO

Add and Manage Amazon Prime Video Profile on the PrimeVideo.com Website:

  • To start a unique profile, go to the Profile Picker drop-down menu on the Amazon Prime Video home page and click Add new.
  • From the Profile Picker drop-down menu, select Manage Profiles.
  • Select the profile icon you want to update and click Edit profile.
  • To delete a profile, click Remove profile.
  • Modify the profile and then click Save changes.

Add and Manage Amazon Prime Video Profile on iOS, Android, and Fire Tablets:

  • At the tip of your Amazon Prime Video app screen, click My Stuff.
  • To build a different profile, go to the Profile Picker drop-down menu and select the "+" icon.
  • Choose the profile icon you would like to manage and then click Manage profiles from the Profile Picker drop-down menu.
  • To delete a profile, click Remove profile.
  • Edit the profile and then click Save.

  • To make a new profile, go to the Profile Picker drop-down menu on the Amazon Prime Video app main page and click the "+" symbol.
  • Tap the profile icon you like to manage and then click Manage profiles from the Profile Picker drop-down menu.
  • To delete a profile, click "Remove profile."
  • Change the profile and then click Save.

  • To set up a new profile, go to the Profile Picker drop-down menu on the Amazon Prime Video app main page and click the "+" sign.
  • Tap the profile icon you desire to manage and then click Manage profiles from the Profile Picker drop-down menu.

  • Update the profile and then click Save.

HOW TO USE THE AMAZON PRIME VIDEO ADDITIONAL INDIVIDUAL USER PROFILES

  • On respective accounts, users can establish a total of six (6) separate profiles. It implies you can create five more accounts for your family and friends in addition to your main account, which is the default profile connected with your Amazon account.

Kid's Profile:

The Kids profile will block the content shown to children aged 12 and under. This will feature filters on search results that will only show content that is acceptable for the user's age. Having a child's profile also disables the opportunity to purchase add-ons and other items.

Adult Profile:

  • If you have an adult Amazon Prime Video account, you will be able to watch almost anything that is already included in your current subscription package.
